By accessing or using the Site or any of the Services, you hereby agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions of Use governing your use of the Site and the Services. The personal information we may collect includes, but is not limited to: name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address, height, weight, social security number, vehicle details, personal and family health information, arrest records, credit score, properties you own or rent, and similar information about family members and dependents. We also collect information about how you use the Site or Services, such as the types of content you view or engage with or the frequency and duration of your activities. Depending on the nature of the Services provided by us to our customers, we may receive personal information either from you directly or from third party partners. We may receive personal information when you create an account on our Site, sign up or request information about the Services, submit an order for the Services, or provide information for the purposes of verification of your identity or fraud prevention purposes.

Payments

If you use the Services for purchases or financial transactions, we collect information about the purchase or transaction.
